A lot of things have been happening the last couple of days! I don’t really know where to begin…
I’m going to a seminar this weekend in Esbjerg arranged by Teknisk Landsforbund (saturday-sunday). It’s a FREE course about how to present yourself to an audience etc. It’s not that I have an urge to get up in front of a buch of people I don’t know – actually I’d rather jump out a plane! So, by signing up for this course, I’m actually challenging myself to do something I know I don’t want to do. I’m sure that I’ll get something out of it though :)
I have been portraited by annabang (check it out here!) – her way of thanking me because I helped her with some profile related html-code. It’s an awesome drawing, and I think it’s the second time I’ve been portraited (IN MY LIFE!). Thanks a lot Anna for taking the time to draw my charming face :p
Last night was a freaking NIGHTMARE! The fire alarm started ringing at 05:30 in the morning! The sound is SO loud making it impossible to stay inside the building. So, we all ended up outside the entrance, waiting for the security guard to deactivate the alarm. Then we went back inside to sleep. 07:00 the alarm sounded once again! “YOU GOTTA BE KIDDING ME!” I thought. I refused to go outside, so I shut my ears tight and tried to sleep (which was impossible). From 07:00 to around 09:00 the alarm randomly activated itself… Truly a nightmare! I can’t help but to think what happens when there actually IS a fire…
Project JPD has turned into a weeeeird motherfucker! We haven’t been able to do doing anything for quite some time now. Kind of frustrating, but today we had an “ironic celebration” of the madness – we brought some beer back to school from Fakta and had a DJ battle on our laptops. Don’t know who won, but I think it was a close call :p
And my replacement assignment has been approved! YAAAAAAAY :D I don’t think I’ve ever thought that much about an assignment. It’s been nasty, but now it’s over. YES!
Furthermore, I’ve been selecting even more photos for my portfolio. I’ve set a personal deadline which says I’ll have to finish my portfolio this week! Fortunately (because we didn’t have so much to do in our group project) I’ve been able to work a little bit on it today as well. It’s slowly coming together now :)
My last comment for the day: “I’m freezing my ass off!”
