Maj & hele Kolding

Petersborg i Rusland.

Arbejde

iPad case

Opening the cover and sliding out the iPad

The closing mechanism is simply a slip that slides into a slit in the front of the case

My friend Anders bought an iPad and asked me if I would make a cover for it. So I got my hands on some duct tape, cardboard and bubble wrap and began cutting, taping and bubbling. The resulting case os pretty awesome if I may say so! The iPad is definitely protected when kept inside the case, which is obviously the point of having it. Want one also? I made this iPad stand for my buddy Anders. It’s made out of cardboard and duct tape and works perfectly. When I find the time, I’ll make one out of solid wood. The shape is very simple, so it shouldn’t be complicated. All I need is a block of wood, a tiny saw, sandpaper and patience! If you’re reading this and if you’re the lucky owner of an iPad, would you consider buying one of these stands? Leave a comment below.

Sweet Little Dolls

This Saturday my friend Jonas and I decided to visit “Legetøjsmuseet i Kolding” (a museum for children’s toys). None of us had been there before, so we were quite surprised to see just how many different toys it actually contained. We were particularly fascinated by the large collection of dolls, and we literally went crazy with our cameras, taking well over 100 photos each. I’ve selected a few of my best shots here, which I’ve graded in a “ghostly” style to fit the creepy expression of the dolls. It’s definitely not the last time we’ve visited this museum!
