I’ve found a good way of setting up the Photoshop documents I import into After Effects. Apart from that, I finished the doll seen from the right side. So now I have pretty much the angles I need to do the animation. It took quite some time to set it up and figure out the Inverse Kinematics, but now I’m ready for the actual movements (and lip sync / eye movement).
Oh, I just picked up my Mac at school. It had finished compressing my photos and videos from Spain 2006. 16 GB compressed to 3 GB! I like it :p – Props to my main man Anders for good compression advice.
